Dr. Mayelin Amoros and Dr. Danay Suarez, both female physicians with roots in Cuba, believe that preventive medicine and clinical research are vital for promoting healthier lives. After leaving Cuba, their journeys converged in Puerto Rico, where they completed a 1-year hospital medicine internship, followed by a three-year residency in internal medicine. Using their experience and expertise, our doctors provide compassionate, patient-centered care that helps patients maintain or restore their overall health and well-being.
